My subconscious creates an invisible force field of guidance and behavior. My mind and body operate as a team, with physical health and fitness affecting the quality of my thoughts, and vice versa. Emotions are energy in motion, tied to our breathing and surrender to being in the present. When we try to use pure willpower to change ourselves past our comfort zones, without changing our idea of who we are, we can encounter an addiction to being our old selves, and create a snapback effect that can discourage us from trying.
